The Puerto Rico office of Steer Davies Gleave opened in 1995, following a successful bid against international competition to provide toll road traffic & revenue advice to the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA).
The Office continues to provide support to PRHTA on transport related projects as well as to other public sector clients such as the Land Administration, Housing Department and Department of Justice. Private sector clients include planning, architecture and engineering firms, developers, pharmaceuticals and lawyers.
Services offered by the Puerto Rico office include urban and traffic planning; traffic impact assessment and reviews; intersection and network modelling; demand forecasts; financial modelling; toll feasibility and revenue projection studies; parking assessments; infrastructure concessions / Public Private Partnerships feasibility studies; stated preference surveys and analysis; and public transport systems studies.
